Every golfer wants the most power out of every swing. And they want it not only on the 1st tee but on the 18th as well. The Core Strength Level 1 program will help you develop balanced core strength that will deliver power to your drives. It's a great beginner to intermediate level program and can be used 2-3 days per week with 1 day of rest in between. Warm up using the cardio booster of your choice and then use the Core Strength Level 1 either as a standalone program or as part of a golf strength training routine. The program requires a stability ball and a stick.

Warm up using the cardio booster of your choice and then use the Core Strength Level 2 either as a standalone program or as part of a golf strength training routine. The program requires a stability ball and a medicine ball.

Core Stabilization & Balance
The Core Stabilization and Balance program works on two important golf fitness areas at the same time. This program will help you develop a stronger core and improve your balance while incorporating both upper body and lower body strength movements. Continued use of this program will help you stay more centered at address and allow you to make a proper weight shift. Good balance and torso strength will also keep your swing feeling smooth and rhythmic. Warm up using any cardio boosting method you like and then get started on improving your core strength and balance with this program. Recommended usage is 2-3 days per week with one day of rest in between. The program requires a stability ball, resistance band, and a dumbbell.
