One piece of equipment is all you need for these workouts. Medicine balls add extra resistance to a workout and still keep things simple. They allow the body to move through multiple planes of motion while adding extra resistance. Easy to travel with and store at home, they are the ultimate in simple but effective golf fitness tools. Recommended use for either the Medicine Ball Golf Workout for Beginners and Intermediates or the Medicine Ball Golf Workout for Advanced is 2 to 3 days a week with a day of rest in between. These fitness programs require a medicine ball. Typical weights range between 6 lbs and 15 lbs.
