Improve Your Golf Balance and Improve Your Chance of a Solid Ball Strike

Having and maintaining good balance throughout your golf swing is one of the cornerstones to success. The nervous and muscular systems of the body directly correlate to the ability of your body to balance in the swing. If your body has poor balancing capacities, it will have a direct effect on the swing and on whether you will make good contact with the ball. Good golf balance gives you the ability to rotate around a fixed spine angle efficiently. The Poor Balance Golf Workout will help you be better able to maintain body positions and your center of gravity during all phases of the golf swing.

Have you ever been told that your golf swing or your body is off balance? Maybe you have not heard this specifically, but if you rock back on the rear foot, fall forward onto the toes or have to move the feet during the swing, these are all signs that the swing is off balance. This workout program will help you strengthen your golf muscles to help better stabilize your body and give the full power of the golf swing back to you.

Many of the exercises in the Poor Balance Golf Workout require you to balance on one leg at a time while performing different movements. As you perform each exercise, make sure you use good posture by engaging your abdominals and keeping your back flat. Take advantage of this opportunity to get as many muscles working for you as possible so you can develop strength through a full range of movement.

The Poor Balance Golf Fitness Program utilizes supersets. Begin by performing the number of repetitions for each exercise, then immediately move to the next exercise in the superset. After you perform one set of each exercise in the superset, rest 30 seconds, then repeat again. Once the superset is complete, move to the next superset. Perform this routine twice weekly for best results.
