Many golfers experience what is referred to as an all ‘upper body swing’. Keep in mind that power is generated from the ground up. When a golfer misses the opportunity to use his or her lower body efficiently, they also miss out on an opportunity to generate more power and more distance off the tee.

Often the trouble comes from an inability to engage the mid section as a stabilizer and produce good mobility in the hips. The All Upper Body Swing Golf Fitness Program will give golfers the mobility they need in their lower bodies to generate power from the ground up. The exercises and stretches in the program will build core strength, release tight hips and lower body constrictions, and improve movement in the lower body.

The All Upper Body Swing Golf Fitness Program utilizes supersets. Begin by performing the number of repetitions for each exercise, then immediately move to the next exercise in the superset. After you perform one set of each exercise in the superset, rest 30 seconds, then repeat again. Once the superset is complete, move to the next superset. Perform this routine twice weekly for best results.
