A dynamic warm up is the perfect program to use as a quick stretch routine just prior to hitting balls or playing golf. All you need is a golf club and the Dynamic Warm Up Routine to get your body limber and ready to go for a full 18!
The idea behind the dynamic warm up is to prepare your body and your mind for golf. Each stretch is designed for constant movement, only pausing at the top of each stretch for a maximum of 1 to 2 seconds.
Perform each stretch approximately 10 times, then move to the next stretch until all stretches are complete. For a quick mini version of this routine, just perform the first 5 movements of this Dynamic Warm Up when your time before tee off is limited.
