The Total Body Golf Workout was designed to operate in a circuit. Perform each exercise in order for the requested number of repetitions. Rest for a brief time period, then proceed to the next exercise. At the end of each circuit, follow the suggested ‘rest’ period, then repeat the circuit over again. Repeat the full circuit from 1 to 3 times, depending on time available and current fitness level.
