For the golfer with limited time but the desire to make the most of what time is available, this Total Body Program is for you. Performing this program just two days a week will return maximum results with minimum time invested. Warm up using the cardio boosting method of your choice and then get to work on your total body routine. Recommended usage is anywhere from one to three days per week with one day of rest in between. The program requires a stability ball, medicine ball, ankle resistance cuff, dumbbell and resistance band or tube.
