All of the exercises in the Travel Golf Workout can be performed in a hotel room or virtually any place you might stay. There is absolutely no equipment needed! While there are a few exercises shown with a bench or step, simply substitute a bed or banister to complete the exercises.
The exercise should be performed in a circuit. Simply repeat one after the other without rest and this will help keep your heart rate up. At the end of the circuit, rest 3 minutes, then repeat based on the time you have available.
