While the majority of golfers prefer their workouts at home, there are still many golfers who enjoy either a full gym set up at home or a golf fitness program they can take to the gym. The Full Gym Workouts were designed to take advantage of the equipment available at most gyms. With consistent use over a 6 week period, these programs will enable golfers to get in peak physical condition for golf.

Start with the Beginner/Intermediate unless you have been working out for a while. Progress to the Advanced after completing a 4-6 week period on the Beginner/Intermediate program.
