Fitness bands are easy to pack for a weekend or full week of travel and you can perform a regular workout routine in a small area of your home or even your hotel room.
There is a wide variety of exercises that can be performed with fitness bands. You may also notice there are a number of different styles and ‘tensions’ with each brand or style of fitness band. It is suggested to purchase two bands at a time-one for the lightest tension and one for a medium to heavy tension. This will allow you to use the lighter one for smaller muscles groups like the shoulders and heavier tensions for the chest or back muscles. Keep in mind that any exercise performed with a cable machine can also be performed by attaching a band to a secure object in your home or outdoors. This can include a door knob, a bed post or similar secure area. Some bands also come with a special attachment for more versatility.
